Jacket potatoes and vietnamese coleslaw!

Yesterday we cooked jacket potatoes and vietnamese coleslaw. My partner for this was Nina. To start off Mrs Baker told us what we were doing and explained what to do. Then we collected all the ingredients and started cooking. My favorite part was collecting the orange rind as I had not done it before and got to scrape it all off. Later on I even tried some but it didn't turn out to taste as ggod as it looks. It was a lot of fun and the jacket potato was delicious!! Next week we are making apple crumble!!
